We’re looking for a Premises Officer to join our team based in Catford, Greater London.
Location: Catford, Greater London.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Premises Officer, you’ll be working within the Maintenance Team, supporting the optimal functioning and safety of the school premises.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the premises, including buildings, fixtures, fittings, and furniture.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive quality checks of the premises to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Carry out minor repairs and report major repairs to the Premises Manager.
- Perform general grounds maintenance to enhance the appearance of outdoor areas.
- Assist school staff with various tasks such as large display mounting, furniture moving, and repairs to classrooms/school equipment.
