Job Opportunity: Pre-Construction Director

Due to successful expansion, my client is recruiting for a key figure to work within their pre-construction team. As a Pre-Construction Director, you will liaise with estimators, operations teams, and the temporary works department. You will be accountable for overseeing the preparation of technical aspects of a bid, from the production of methodologies to programming. You should possess extensive knowledge of buildability issues, design, and logistics on site, along with proven success in managing tender processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Pre-Construction Manager or Pre-Construction Director. (Note: While this role is for a Pre-Construction Director, candidates at management level looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.)
• Experience within the demolition, groundworks, and RC sectors is essential. Candidates outside these disciplines cannot be considered.
• Degree qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Proven ability in using Asta.

Rewards and Benefits

This is a permanent position with a salary range of £120,000 to £140,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability. There may be flexibility on the salary. A generous benefits package will also be provided, in addition to the usual perks of a large, successful company.
