Job description

Poultry Farm Manager – Lincolnshire – Salary £30,000 – £34,000 + Benefits!

The Position:

This Broiler Farm Manager is based on a highly successful farm in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the farm, health and safety, compliance and reporting, animal husbandry, biosecurity, and managing a team. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under your own initiative and be a great team player, be responsive to daily issues and able to prioritise and offer solutions efficiently.

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience within a similar role.
2. Experience of managing a team.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Full UK driving licence.
5. Living or happy to relocate to the North Lincolnshire area.
6. Poultry related qualification would be an advantage.

The Package:

Dependent upon the level of experience – Salary up to £34,000 + Accommodation Benefits.
