Job Opportunity: POS and Product Management Support
Join our fast-growing organization and be part of a dynamic team supporting POS and Product Management functions. You\’ll be responsible for technical configuration, documentation, user acceptance testing, and supporting the service desk for POS and product-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing POS configurations, new locations, menu rollouts, and promotions.
- Maintaining the integrity and usefulness of POS systems and online ordering platforms.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve POS issues.
- Creating and updating technical documentation and policies.
- Supporting restaurant openings, training, and menu implementations.
- Ensuring system controls and user permissions are maintained.
- Improving business processes for productivity and cost reduction.
- Leading projects as a POS Subject Matter Expert.
Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred), with 5+ years of experience with POS systems. Experience with Oracle Simphony and third-party integrations is desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR technology is a plus.
