Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in a customer service-focused environment.
• Passion for luxury and fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
• Well-connected socially.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
