You’ll work within the Group Transformation function as a key member of the Enterprise PMO team. You’ll support PMO Management in the delivery of the PMO Service Catalogue assurance, governance and support services to the projects and programs across the JD change portfolio.
You’ll work closely with project and programme teams through the full delivery lifecycle to lead and own the implementation of effective processes that will drive improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a PMO Lead, you’ll be doing the following:
- Support the Enterprise PMO Management team in effective task management across the team, deputising for PMO Manager as required.
- Oversee the application of Enterprise PMO governance, assurance and support activities by PMO Analysts as defined by requirements to the programme and projects assigned.
- Work with Enterprise PMO management to develop existing processes to drive increased maturity in PMO service delivery and project delivery process across Group Transformation and JD generally.
- Work with Programme Managers to identify and implement value add activities to enhance delivery support.
- Lead the task management of PMO Analyst colleagues working on specific activities key programmes and projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Support the PMO Leadership team in implementing the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue of governance, assurance, and support services across Group Transformation programmes and projects.
- Lead on the delivery of PMO services at programme and project level activity, working independently or with PMO Analysts as task manager.
- Champion engagement across programmes and projects, working with PMO Analysts to ensure that all active initiatives comply with the project delivery methodology and assurance processes. Support the PMO Manager in addressing non-compliance as required.
- Oversee the coordination, collection and summary of project reporting, ensuring that PMO Analysts receive updates on a timely basis. Act as an escalation route to support EPMO Manager as required.
