We are looking to recruit a Plant & Transport Admin Assistant to join our team. Previous experience in the construction, plant hire, or utilities industry would be an advantage.
This role is for United Living Energy, part of the United Living Group, a leading asset maintenance company operating in the UK support services and infrastructure sectors. United Living Energy mainly operates in the Gas Sector, constructing pipeline diversions, and maintaining and refurbishing existing gas assets for clients such as National Gas, Cadent, and SGN across the UK.
You will perform administrative duties including placing orders, managing reports, and ensuring compliance with procedures using various software platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment, possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner, be flexible, and highly motivated.
Location: Based at our Golborne Office near Warrington. Full-time position: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (40 hours). Part-time remote working is available upon request. The successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Plant, Logistics, Utilities, or Construction preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective administration, planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Business Central software is preferred but not essential.
