Due to continued growth, Arcus FM are recruiting for an experienced Pest Escalation Manager to join us on a permanent basis to cover London & the South. You’ll be joining a friendly and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes to provide the best service possible. You’ll be providing consistent and efficient technical support to the client on all matters pest related.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the client to continually review client’s processes around Pest and to provide Technical recommendations.
  • Complete site reviews of highlighted premises, to assess current measures being employed by the clients Pest Contractor and making the required Technical recommendations to aid Pest Control effectively and efficiently to the Clients estate.
  • Complete site audits to client service level agreements and conduct investigations to positively identify root causes analysis, to further treatments; should the Pest Contractors actions not be sufficient.
  • Attend client escalation meetings to support the National Pest control Manager and Technical Pest Managers, as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and Experience gained within a Pest Control environment (essential) (British Pest Control Association) BPCA Level 3 (essential).
  • Legislation of pest control- ability to identify any business risks (essential).
  • Full valid UK driving licence and car (essential).
  • Willing to work out of hours when required (essential).
  • Food retail experience is desirable.
  • Flexible to travel to other sites across the UK on an occasional basis.
  • Knowledge of building fabrics is desirable.
  • IT Literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) as you’ll be creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
  • You’ll be proactive, resilient, and able to ‘hit the ground running’ with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
  • You’ll have excellent presentation, written and verbal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You’ll have extensive experience gained within a Pest Control role, from any sector or industry.
  • You’ll be resolving long standing issues and finding root cause analysis, to ensure the stores are coming off the escalation process.

Reporting directly into the National Pest Control Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 9 colleagues. 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility due to business requirements.
