A new opening for a personal injury solicitor to join a specialist and well-known pursuer firm. The role offers hybrid working and could be based from a number of office locations across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Scottish Borders or Dumfries. Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant personal injury experience ideally covering employers and public liability. You must be passionate and committed to helping others and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
This role offers a dynamic range of responsibilities, including:
- Caseload Management - overseeing a diverse caseload, including EL/PL/OL claims including a mix of pre-litigated and litigated files.
- Court Work - working on ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court cases.
- Client Interaction - engaging with clients, taking statements and conducting liability investigations.
- Court Appearance - consulting with Counsel, liaising with the in-house Advocacy Unit and appearing at Court/Tribunals.
- Expert Collaboration - instructing and liaising with medical experts.
- Legal Drafting - drafting legal documents, including summonses and writs.
