Permanent Clinical Director – Erdington, Birmingham
Type: Small Animal
Location: Erdington, Birmingham, West Midlands
Practice: Group Practice
Facilities: They have five GP clinics boasting state-of-the-art surgical and lab facilities, including digital x-ray, comprehensive lab analyser suites, and ultrasound. Situated within a 20-minute drive of each other, their clinics form a close-knit network serving the Birmingham and Black Country region.
Role: Additionally, you’ll promote continuous professional development for their clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Duties: Within the Clinical Director position, part of the role will involve assisting with the finances, aiming to meet their targets and keep everything running smoothly. On the clinical side, you’ll help maintain high standards, ensuring they meet industry regulations and provide top-notch care to their animal patients.
Hours: This full-time position entails a 4-day week, providing clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.
Salary: Salary up to £80,000 DOE, Relocation Allowance up to £5,000
