Location: Scottish Borders - situated close to the border with Northumberland

Facilities: They are well equipped with BCF scanners, small and equine ultrasound, digital x-ray small and equine, endoscopy, and dental x-ray.

Role: Due to the practice's ongoing progression, a rare opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to lead this dedicated team through their next chapter. The successful candidate will be the line manager for an experienced Senior Leadership Team of Equine Clinical Director, Practice Manager, Lead Vet, and Clinical Nursing Manager.

Duties: The role is focused on the clinical and commercial development and success of the practice, with support from a Primary Care Director and relevant central support functions provided. While mixed practice experience is preferred, this role is ideal for candidates with a bias in Companion Animal Practice. In addition, the successful candidate will be a strong leader, with a passion for empowering the teams they work with through excellent organisation, communication, and team development.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours - 4 day week. The role includes clinical and non-clinical time and will include an Out-of-hours commitment of approximately 1 night and weekend in 5 with time in lieu provided.
