Overview

An exceptional Performance Marketer is needed to help create and implement innovative Paid Advertising campaigns and strategies for GrowthRocks and its international clients. The role involves planning and executing campaigns to grow user base, traffic, and engagement.

Depending on your skills and interests, responsibilities may include:

1. Creating & optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads (Search, Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
2. Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
3. Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
4. Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
5. Collaborating with content teams & providing data insights
6. Ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization
7. Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking pixels
8. Reporting & data analysis based on key metrics

Requirements

You should have a deep understanding and passion for paid advertising and the web, with experience in at least two of the following:

1. At least 2 years of performance marketing experience
2. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other tracking tools
3. Google AdWords and Analytics certifications
4. Experience with marketing automation tools, scripts, APIs, and dynamic campaigns
5. Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting, and display advertising
6. Programmatic advertising experience

Mandatory qualities:

1. Confidence and willingness to learn quickly
2. Ability to convince us of your readiness to invest in these topics; we will support your growth
