DNA Recruit is working with an Award-Winning Digital Agency who are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive media strategies and execute high-impact campaigns for world-class clients. From helping a leading motor racing championship team engage passionate fans to capturing market share in the global car rental market, this role offers the chance to shape industry-leading results.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager , you will:
- Lead major media projects across a mix of paid social, paid search, video, and programmatic channels.
- Devise data-driven media strategies that shape client agendas, not just execute orders.
- Develop audience targeting profiles and campaign plans based on a deep understanding of global media.
- Actively manage and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum impact.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver bold, innovative media solutions.
- Use data to craft compelling insights and stories about campaign performance.
- Occasionally support weekend work during championship weekends, compensated with time off in lieu at a generous rate.
Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on professional with:
- 6+ years’ experience in performance marketing, media planning, or a related role.
- Expertise in paid social, paid search, programmatic, and video advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and dashboard development.
- A logical and pragmatic approach to media strategy and budget management.
- The ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
- A curious mindset—always asking ‘why’ and uncovering the mechanisms behind trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting strategies and results with clarity.
