Role Overview:

As a Paid Search (PPC) Executive, you will support the Performance Marketing Lead & Senior Performance Marketing Executive in strategizing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various brands. Your focus will be on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROAS, requiring strong knowledge of Google Ads, analytical skills, and experience managing high-budget campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and managing paid search strategies aligned with business goals; Build and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads; Coordinate with teams for seasonal promotions and launches.
  • Performance & Optimization: Analyze and improve campaigns for key metrics like ROAS; Provide insights for budget and performance improvements; Manage daily and periodic budget pacing.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with teams to develop ad copy, extensions, and landing pages; Conduct A/B testing for performance enhancement; Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and promotions.
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends; Test new features and benchmarks against competitors.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Create performance reports and dashboards; Present findings and recommendations; Collaborate with data teams for tracking and attribution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of managing paid search campaigns, preferably in retail or multi-brand environments.
  • Proven success in optimizing large Google Ads accounts.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, bidding, and keywords.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
