The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to join us to sit within our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for our L'Artisan Parfumeur & Kama Ayurveda brands based in London. You will manage the digital media campaigns, overseeing Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media for the L’Artisan Parfumeur and KAMA Ayurveda brands from planning to implementation across our global markets. You will manage all media to meet revenue targets and be accountable for the CA&R targets associated. You will own the media activations for both brands at an exciting time for the brand where you can influence campaigns from planning, content and implementation.
What you'll get to do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy, including PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximize brand exposure and drive sales.
- Briefing requirements into brand team and then final campaigns into agency.
- Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, fostering relationships with partners, and optimizing commission structures to increase affiliate performance and elevate where possible as a luxury brand.
- Collaborate with the Brand, ECommerce and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
- Own the reporting of the performance of marketing campaigns to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations and challenge agency across key areas.
- Work with the platform partners (Meta, TikTok etc.) and Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-first creative assets that are optimized for channel, placements and targeting.
- Support international expansion of brand .coms – understand market and audiences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Keep a keen eye on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts, ensuring the brand maintains a competitive edge and is at the forefront of the fragrance industry.
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Solid experience working in a similar Media role – managing performance channels ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business.
- Good Excel knowledge and experience working with Business Intelligence Platforms such as Looker.
- Partnering experience with media agencies and various different teams.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships across multiple teams in the UK and other International markets.
