Performance/Effectiveness Director 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Location: McCann Manchester – Annex on Quay St.

The Part You’ll Play as Performance Director

• Lead client relationships from start to finish, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives and instilling confidence in our recommendations.
• Complete forecasting and attribution modeling beyond GA4 and in-platform solutions to demonstrate channel-agnostic performance and value to clients.
• Support media planning and activation teams in understanding the impact of their activities on client performance.
• Assist direct response channel teams (SEO, PPC, social, etc.) in daily roles and communicate results with a strategic, long-term perspective.
• Participate in new business activities, diagnosing briefs, and leveraging SME expertise to align activation with strategic goals.
