Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM Technical, with extensive experience in Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits modules. This role requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft tools and financials, as well as the ability to handle technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PeopleSoft HCM projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades (v9.2).
• Conduct impact analysis, gather requirements, and create technical/functional design documents.
• Configure, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft applications using tools such as Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, and People Code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of PeopleSoft applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in the FSCM domain.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Tools and PeopleSoft Financials.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Application Designer.
• Strong hands-on experience with PS Query and People Code.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
• In-depth knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits modules.
• Experience in at least 2 PeopleSoft HCM projects and a full lifecycle implementation/upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2).
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry best practices for the FSCM domain.
• Proven track record of handling PeopleSoft technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production rollout.
