As our People and Engagement Manager, you’ll be central to our people strategy. Part of our collaborative, fun and friendly team, you’ll:
- support our People Strategy by promoting our culture, delivering engagement initiatives and helping with the day-to-day management of all HR-related tasks
- manage employee engagement surveys, analyse results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
- maximise and communicate our wellbeing offer to all our colleagues, encouraging everyone to get involved
- become a leading member of our Environmental Social Governance team
- create ideas and a diary full of engaging experiences for all our colleagues to take part in, including monthly team-building days
- work alongside our Brand and Content team to develop an effective internal comms strategy
- own our internal, company-wide, communication tools and spaces
- review our office space, ensuring it is optimised for our people
- establish and maintain relationships with community and charitable partners
Requirements
To make an impression, you’ll need work experience at a HR Advisor level. You\’ll also need knowledge of relevant legislation and governance. You\’ll also be:
- a confident communicator and people person
- able to work under your own initiative
- sensitive, tactful and diplomatic with a high degree of confidentiality
- highly computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- CIPD level 5 qualified, or with corresponding experience in role
