Pensions Administrator (Quotes Team)
Role Summary: Responsible for general administration duties related to releasing money from clients\’ pension funds. Tasks include obtaining quotations, preparing suitability letters, and communicating professionally with clients and providers. Managing and prioritizing workload effectively.
Responsibilities
- Answer delegated telephone calls promptly.
- Perform day-to-day administration tasks.
- Obtain and prepare quotations upon request.
- Maintain regular communication with financial advisers requesting quotations directly.
- Prepare and issue suitability letters in a timely manner.
- Verify clients meet Anti-Money Laundering requirements and gather additional information if necessary.
- Recognize data breaches and report them to your Line Manager.
- Comply with all security and confidentiality policies.
- Identify and report customer complaints to your Line Manager.
Skills and Knowledge
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the pension release process.
