We are seeking a talented payroll director to join our growing Powered HR practice. This is a high-profile role within the team and will involve business development, sales origination, and client delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in payroll implementations, be highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team is essential.

The Team Powered Enterprise is KPMG’s accelerated Business Transformation approach for cloud solutions, utilizing pre-designed back-office practices and a six-layer Target Operating Model. It helps clients make better, faster decisions, leading to quicker implementations and ROI. The Powered Apps teams deliver these solutions using their functional expertise and cloud application knowledge (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Microsoft).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality payroll deployment projects.
  • Provide payroll advice, optimize processes, and maximize payroll solution benefits.
  • Advise clients on payroll transformation and operational models.
  • Lead business development, including bids, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Support the growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing and leadership.
The Person

Essential experience includes proven success in payroll program delivery, sales of payroll solutions, advanced payroll product knowledge, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and experience in HR transformation projects. Strong documentation, reporting, and relationship-building skills are also required.
