We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced In-house International Payroll professional to join a Global Financial Services firm and growing team. The role will play a key part in the running the UK and international payrolls, as well as upcoming projects to onboard further payrolls.
The Payroll Consultant responsibilities will include:
- End to end running of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll.
- Support the running of international outsourced payrolls.
- Support all payroll month and year end reporting activities.
- Administer company benefits and pension schemes.
- Ensure that all the relevant deadlines are met and that the payments are reconciled and made on time.
- Support various internal and external audits.
- Work closely with other internal teams including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR.
- Liaise with and manage external providers, pushing back when necessary.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 years payroll experience.
- UK In-house payroll experience within a regulated financial services environment.
- International payroll experience (France, US, & APAC would be an advantage).
- Experience using ADP iHCM and Workday systems desirable.
- Understanding of financial services industry and regulations essential.
- Very strong communication and the confidence to challenge stakeholders and providers.
