We are on the lookout for a Payroll Manager to be part of a leading Hospitality company and join a team in West London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager/specialist, who will play a key role in ensuring an excellent payroll service is provided. The role offers a salary between £60,000 – £70,000 plus bonus.
Your New Role
- Ensure all payments to HMRC and other external partners/suppliers are processed according to deadlines and are accurate and timely.
- Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes such as exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/division transfers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages are accurate.
- Manage the pension lifecycle for all employee levels.
- Support the company\’s benefit strategy.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant regulations.
- Produce and amend the monthly workforce interface (WFI) file for uploading into the auto-enrollment assessment platform within tight deadlines.
What you\’ll need to succeed
- Ability to work accurately and calmly under tight deadlines.
- Good numeracy skills and keen attention to detail.
- Payroll managerial experience.
- Understanding of the auto-enrollment pension process.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Experience using ADP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
