We are pleased to be working with a successful multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the payroll team processing UK payroll on a monthly basis
  2. Supporting with the processing of EMEA payrolls
  3. Reconcile post payroll reports
  4. Ensure maternity, paternity and shared parental payroll leave payment schedules are updated
  5. Provide support for benefits queries

Experience Required

  1. Strong UK technical payroll knowledge
  2. Knowledge of statutory entitlements
  3. Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
  4. A keenness to progress and develop payroll career

This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK Payroll Specialist to gain exposure to EMEA payrolls in a large & growing organisation.
