We are pleased to be working with a successful multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the payroll team processing UK payroll on a monthly basis
- Supporting with the processing of EMEA payrolls
- Reconcile post payroll reports
- Ensure maternity, paternity and shared parental payroll leave payment schedules are updated
- Provide support for benefits queries
Experience Required
- Strong UK technical payroll knowledge
- Knowledge of statutory entitlements
- Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
- A keenness to progress and develop payroll career
This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK Payroll Specialist to gain exposure to EMEA payrolls in a large & growing organisation.
