We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patients Accounts Officer to join our Parkside Hospital team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues.
  2. Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required.
  3. Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in coordination with the customer services team.
  4. Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team.
