Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Role:
- Working within a small team, you will focus on delivering a modern and efficient parts service.
- The main priority is to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive.
- Ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.
- As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder with an understanding of all aspects of a parts department:
- Goods-in processes
- Parts identification
- Order processes
- Perpetual stock checking
- Stock rotation
- Parts returns
- Liaising with Service over parts-related matters
Parts Advisor – Requirements:
- At least 2 years of main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
- Preferably experience with Autoline / Kerridge
