My client is a family-run business who are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for their busy Aftersales department.

What we are looking for:

  • A customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with clients
  • Has attention to detail and is organized
  • Enjoys being part of a team
  • Parts Experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Knowledge of automotive parts would be desirable
  • Kerridge/ADP/DMS experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

The Role:

  • Serve walk-in customers, answer the phone and liaise on email
  • Take orders from customers and supply parts to the workshop
  • Source and allocate parts
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure the best possible service is being achieved
  • Monitor Stock
  • Help with stock-take when required

Working pattern: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm plus 1 Saturday in 4
