We are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Development Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

The role reports to the Head of Membership (UK) and sits as part of the wider UK relationship team and can be hybrid based from either our Glasgow or London office, or home based. Travel to partner and ACCA events throughout the UK will be required.

The job:

  • To identify partnership opportunities that enhance the UK membership proposition
  • To use partnerships to provide routes to broaden membership engagement across all sectors
  • To actively develop and nurture partnerships that raise the profile of ACCA and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for partners, members and ACCA
  • Deliver sustained improvements to the net promoter scores amongst members, and support plans to grow our influence in the UK and global level
  • To deliver member content and engagement opportunities through appropriate partnerships
  • To act as a co-ordinator for partnerships across the UK team

The person:

  • Experience of managing partnerships or external relationships, preferably with knowledge of the SMP, finance or small business sector
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and use initiative to deliver objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communication with confident presentation skills are required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time in an organised manner
  • Ability to problem solve creatively to deliver solutions
