Job Description:
We are looking for a Partner Validation and Services Specialist to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Partner Validation and Services Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering the growth and success of our strategic partners and resellers. Responsibilities include resolving complex partner issues through research, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard, train, and support our partners.
This full-time role operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 days per week at our London office. It reports to the Manager, Partner Validation and Services.
Core responsibilities include:
- Managing daily activities related to maintaining Sectigo’s partners
- Assisting in integrating validation workflows into partner architectures
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Resolving support issues and managing escalations
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Sectigo products, channels, validation processes, and policies
- Sharing knowledge and conducting training for partners
- Processing orders for TLS and other security products in compliance with industry standards
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of technical support experience
- Comfort with APIs, web applications, and integrations
- Experience in customer service and regulatory compliance environments
- Proficiency with Windows and Office products
Desired skills and qualities:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-motivated problem solver with good time management
- Knowledge of TLS PKI products and services
- Strong PKI compliance knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Integrity, fairness, and a persuasive, friendly personality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Quick learner with attention to detail and patience
- Understanding of corporate environments
