Job Description:
The role
involves leading across multiple service areas, connecting those service areas together where that improves the user experience for partners and/or delivers incremental value for the business, driving technological and operational changes where relevant.
What your days will look like:
-
Provide overall leadership for, and support collaboration across, a number of service areas that include, but are not limited to, tax, financial planning, benefits and mobility & contracting services.
-
Act as the key point of escalation for issues related to these services before escalating to the Head of Partner Office.
-
Be a key member of the Partner Office leadership team, delivering a coordinated and positive leadership approach for the entire function.
-
Drive transformation through technology and new ways of working, collaborating with sub-team leaders and the PO Process & Technology sub-team.
-
Implement both large-scale technology changes and smaller adaptations to improve service delivery.
-
Positively connect with broader Business Solutions teams to ensure the right services are delivered from the right places, learning from and contributing to broader transformation efforts.
-
Nurture talent and plan for succession across all service areas, investing in the future team while empowering, recognising and supporting those with the existing expertise and experience.
-
Connect with other territories in the PwC Network to share experience and good practice.
This role is for you if:
-
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
-
Experience in managing multiple service areas and handling escalations effectively.

-
Flexibility in leadership style to work with diverse individuals.
-
Ability to challenge and drive change while maintaining positive relationships.
-
Commitment to learning and contributing to broader business transformation efforts.
-
Understanding of talent development and succession planning.
