Prospero Teaching – 1:1 Tutor Positions in Saffron Walden

Prospero Teaching is seeking dedicated 1:1 tutors to support children in care, children with special educational needs, and excluded pupils in Saffron Walden and surrounding areas.

1. Work with students aged 5-16 years on a 1:1 basis.
2. Assist students who are disengaged from education, many of whom are out of school and not on a school roll.
3. Sessions will be conducted at students\’ homes or local libraries.
4. Students may have behavioral challenges or SEN difficulties and might work below age-related expectations.
5. Typical schedule is around 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility depending on the student. Opportunities to take on additional cases are available.
6. Focus sessions on English and Maths.
