Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist at Main Car Dealership in Swindon

Our client, a main car dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their existing team on a part-time permanent basis in Swindon.

As a Receptionist, you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to build rapport with customers, quickly establish their needs, and assist in any way required.

1. Greet customers and introduce them to the service, parts, and sales departments.
2. Answer telephone calls and relay messages as required.
3. Provide refreshments to customers while they wait.
4. Maintain a friendly and controlled showroom environment.
5. Perform administrative duties for the dealership, including holiday cover, sickness records, and health & safety compliance.
6. Must be able to work with initiative and under pressure.

1. Highly organized with excellent computer skills, including training in Excel.
2. Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
3. Excellent telephone manner and customer-facing skills.
