Job Description:

nanny housekeeper to support a lovely family in a traditional role. The position involves caring for a well-kept two-bedroom home, with typical housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, weekly washing of towels and bed linens, and general tidying. The role also includes some help with preparing healthy snacks for the children and occasional assistance with dinner preparation, though not on a daily basis. Childcare support will involve playing with the children at home, providing help with school pick-ups (a 15-minute walk), and walking them to nearby activities when needed. This is not a sole-charge role; rather, the nanny housekeeper will work alongside the parent, offering an extra set of hands as part of a collaborative and caring environment. The position also includes around two evenings of babysitting per week, on average.

Requirements

Experienced nanny

Up to date Enhanced DBS (on the DBS update service)

Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate

Right to work in UK (this requires a digital ID check £3.50 – legal requirement)

Good references for recent and relevant nanny work
