Our client is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join their team based in Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Planner in formulating advice to clients, providing technical support and guidance where appropriate.
  • Review client objectives to ensure they are clear, concise, and achievable based on the client’s financial circumstances.
  • Research and analyze investment funds and financial products, considering client objectives.
  • Review asset allocation for investment and pension holdings.
  • Complete financial cashflow forecasts to demonstrate clients' current and future financial positions.
  • Prepare Financial Plans outlining the current position, future goals, and the steps to achieve them.
  • Liaise with Product Providers / Third Parties regarding technical queries.
  • Accurately complete new business sheets for handover to the PA.
  • Support and assist team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deadlines are met.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fully Diploma qualified.
  • At least 1 year of Paraplanning experience.
  • Good understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  • Experience using IO and FE Analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of cashflow modelling.
  • Broad knowledge of the Financial Services Industry with high technical proficiency.
  • Experience managing and completing projects.
