Your responsibilities as Order Processor will include:

• Reviewing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Liaising with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment
• Resolving any order-related queries or issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer communications
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
