As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.
Your responsibilities as Order Processor will include:
- Reviewing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment
- Resolving any order-related queries or issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer communications
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in order processing or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
