Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Order Desk Clerk to join our Sales Operations team. The role involves processing customer contracts, managing order forms, and maintaining contract documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract and documentation processes, including creation, approval, and storage.
- Generate and manage renewal and new order forms based on sales input.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Support process improvements and system rollouts related to sales operations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience in sales operations, deal desk, or contract administration, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and e-signature tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, PandaDoc.
- Understanding of contract management and legal terminology a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
