Job Description:

Role: Oracle Fusion ERP Finance – Senior Consultant

Duration: 6 months

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Your key responsibilities

1. Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) /OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or other similar methodology
2. Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financials modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management and Accounting Hub and SLA
3. Participate in design reviews and discussions
4. Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financials modules
5. Interpret functional requirements from onsite and deliver and design it from offshore
6. Handle Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions
7. Prepare quality deliverables
8. Prepare test scripts and test cases

1. Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
2. Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents
3. Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
4. Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members
5. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
8. Ability to work as part of a team
9. Ability to follow well-defined release management processes
10. Ability to multi-task and stay focused on release priorities
11. Must have a valid passport
12. Client site work / Business Traveling may be involved

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. 8-10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
2. Worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials
3. Prior experience of Financials is required
4. Experience of having worked in a client-facing delivery role

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Delivered large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrating expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
2. The ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
