The Oracle Fusion Integration & Security Specialist is accountable for:
- Oracle Integration specialist to design, build and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Responsible for incoming and outgoing integrations to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Human Capital Management and Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Monitor performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues in integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Identity Management and system administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Define refresh strategy and management of Oracle Fusion environments including liaising with the vendor on updates, patches and clones working with the Oracle Service Delivery team and business stakeholders.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of API, integration tools, and PaaS within the Oracle Fusion technology stack, including SOAP, REST, ERP, File, FTP.
- Experience on various interfaces (payroll, banking, and expense systems) and workflow.
- Working closely with business colleagues, Business Analysts, and other team members to translate requirements into Requests for Work (RFWs).
- Ability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals is essential, as well as the ability to present this to a range of audiences at different levels of the organisation concisely.
- Experience of Agile methodologies and working within the ITIL framework with experience of raising Service Requests via My Oracle Support.
- Maintaining the backlog of technical deliverables.
- Proactively providing support, guidance, training, and advice on best practice to the business and to team colleagues.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working with stakeholders, and technical teams across the organisation.
- Ability to work in both traditional waterfall and agile environments.
