We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our young and expanding family! Reporting to the Head of Operations, the OPS Manager will be leading, coaching, training, inspiring and developing a team of 5 restaurants. The OPS Manager will act like a business owner with a focus approach to driving sales whilst being fully aware of costs, profit, resources, competitors and all other commercial aspects to exceed the area KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day restaurants operations ensuring smooth functioning of all the employees. Ensuring high quality service standards are met consistently. Develop and implement operations strategies and systems to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, train and motivate the General Managers in the area. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, high morale, and excellent guest service.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage the restaurants budgets, including labour costs, stock take and expenses. Analyse financial reports, identify trends and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensuring the area restaurants achieve financial targets and profitability goals.
- Guest Experience & Service Quality: Developing strategies to enhance the customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained according to regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures. Ensure the restaurants comply with local, state laws regarding employment, safety, and environmental standards.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analysing the key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on operational performance, budget, guest satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as operations manager or equivalent.
- Previous experience with high volume of food preparation is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, food & beverage, housekeeping, and facilities management.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets, improve processes, and drive profitability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (EPOS, Stock Management).
