Role Overview:

As Operational Excellence Manager, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement that shapes the future of the company's production processes. You will report directly to the Site Director and be at the heart of the action.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects and drive team-based CI events.
  • Oversee Performance Improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Evaluate KPI data, develop reports, and communicate improvement narratives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Foundation level in lean or equivalent.
  • Kaizen or Six Sigma credentials (preferably Green Belt).
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in Continuous Improvement, project management, and people leadership.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
