I am looking for a part-time VA for 2-4 hours per week initially; this could grow. This is for ongoing support on a range of marketing admin tasks for a specific client of mine. It could extend to other clients and to support my own business too. I am looking for someone to work alongside me rather than directly with the client and looking for support from mid/end of May.
I need someone who is happy to use/learn to use some marketing software tools and work with minimal supervision once training and brief for work is given. Examples would be:
- Using Bitly to create links to website pages and QR codes for a variety of marketing campaigns.
- Resizing images using Canva for use in social media and the website.
- Loading text and visual content to Squarespace website using existing templated pages.
- Scheduling written captions for social content using Content Studio.
- Loading articles to LinkedIn company page.
- Drafting weekly emails to promote marketing activities to all staff.
- Using Mailchimp to load written content and create newsletters from templates.
This is a pure admin/support role at this stage and entirely remote. It is important that you have native level English language skills.
