We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and commissioning of HORIBA Medical diagnostic systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide ad-hoc and routine services and repairs to HORIBA medical equipment for HUK customers.
2. Carry out breakdown cover and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring updates and modifications are carried out as required.
3. Provide Hotline/telephone support on a rota and out-of-hours basis.
4. Assist the Sales and Technical Teams with demonstrations and instrument installations.
5. Ensure service application software is up to date with regard to entering all service reports on the system, entering spare part movement requests, and ordering spare parts for own and customers’ stock as necessary and in a timely manner.
6. Appropriate national/international travel.
