About Our Client

This Telecommunications business in London offers an industry-leading full fibre service and is rapidly growing. As the Office Manager / Receptionist, you will help run one open plan floor and have a secure 12-month FTC with possible extension.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk
  • Maintain and issue the security badges
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Manage service and supplier relationships for the office
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Handle deliveries and liaise with office concierge when required
  • HR admin – complete starter and leaver forms
  • Liaise with the landlord over any facilities issues
  • Manage a small office budget

  • Ability to work in London full time
