Relish a challenge? Fancy steering our team to focus on what matters most by implementing a goal-setting mechanism inspired by the Objective Key Results (OKR) framework and methodology? We are looking for an OKR Performance Specialist to join our team and help us create OKRs and embed best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is at the start of its journey to implement OKRs.

A bit about the job:

  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising OKRs across Aviva IWR CIO and exploring plans for wider adoption.
  • You will train, coach, and support leaders and employees on OKR methodology and goal-setting best practices and how it is inextricably connected to the work.
  • Once implemented, you will monitor progress against OKRs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • You will implement approaches for improving team and employee performance based on your data analysis and key results.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a similar subject.
  • Strong understanding of objectives and key results methodology and best practices.
  • Ability to coach and support people at all levels on effective OKR creation and implementation.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • National salary circa £80,000, London salary circa £90,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
