As a Room Leader , you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily activities and operations of your designated room.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursery room, executing the EYFS curriculum.
• Lead curriculum planning and maintain accurate children’s records.
• Assume deputy responsibilities in the absence of the deputy manager.
• Mentor and supervise room staff daily.
• Maintain high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and children’s experiences.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in childcare.
• Background in implementing the EYFS curriculum.
