We’re seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. As a Support Worker, you\’ll help individuals gain independence and work within a dynamic team at our residential service in Wiveliscombe, a grade two listed building with a beautiful rural setting, orchard, log cabin art hub, and pond.

This Night Support Worker role involves assisting with bedtime routines, personal care, and conducting regular checks throughout the night. Light domestic duties may also be required during spare time.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence, whether it\’s preparing dinner or going on holiday.

Our ideal Support Workers will have:

• A full UK driving license
• Resilience, flexibility, and composure
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma
