Maintains documentation throughout the study lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES Administer clinical rating scales to assess symptom severity in CNS clinical studies. Complete study-specific rater training and certification. Measure symptom severity of study participants. Observe participants using approved assessments during the study. Report to and work under the guidance of the principal investigator and/or sub-investigator. Assist in managing and assessing adverse events. Support study team with assessments, data clarification, and queries. Serve as Sub-I where applicable under PI delegation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Medical Degree – Board-certified psychiatrist, PhD, MD, or DO. Minimum two years of clinical and research experience with neuropsychiatric populations. At least two years of neuropsychiatric rater experience, preferably supporting clinical trials with over 25 assessments in the last year. Competency in rating scales as required; undergo study rater training and certification. ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills.
