A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager to join a renowned UK manufacturing company in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry in the Bristol Area .

With no day ever being the same, the National Sales Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual sales strategy aligned with the company\’s goals and business plan.
  • Manage a team of 6 individuals, set targets, and monitor KPIs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
  • Prepare monthly reports on business unit performance and forecasts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Management experience within a sales environment.
  • Ability to sell to all levels within healthcare, e.g., surgeons.
  • Experience selling devices or consumables within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to handle a complex product range.
