Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual sales strategy aligned with the company\’s goals and business plan.
- Manage a team of 6 individuals, set targets, and monitor KPIs.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
- Prepare monthly reports on business unit performance and forecasts.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Management experience within a sales environment.
- Ability to sell to all levels within healthcare, e.g., surgeons.
- Experience selling devices or consumables within the healthcare sector.
- Ability to handle a complex product range.
