JOB TITLE: Multi Skilled Operative – Plumbing essential

LOCATION: Petersfield, East Hampshire

SALARY: Up to £36,691 DOE+ van + benefits

DURATION: 12 week Temporary to go to Perm

The Employer:

We are looking to fill the role of a Multi Skilled Operative – Plumbing essential within a housing environment. Our client is ambitious with a 5-year plan focused on creating a sustainable future for social housing by building new homes and investing in existing ones to foster vibrant communities.

The Role:

• Fault fixing, maintenance, and repair to customer properties
• Assessing and carrying out works needed for tenants
• Handling customer service issues
• Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload

The Candidate needs:

• Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering, or General Maintenance experience
• An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly
• Courteous and professional behavior
• Ability to prioritise conflicting demands
• Great communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Basic IT skills
• A clean Driving Licence

Summary:

This is a Temp to Perm, full-time role, working 40 hours over 5 days.

The role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
