Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScripts, web resources, and integration development.
Strong knowledge of core .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS.
Proficient in CRM functional areas including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics CRM/365 across multiple versions.
Familiar with deploying solutions to various environments.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in application development and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Understanding of SDLC, with ability to gather requirements, design, deploy, test, and train.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
- Experience with agile methodologies is desirable.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in IT or relevant industry experience.
- Current Microsoft Certifications are highly regarded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical developer, conduct workshops to define business needs.
- Identify and resolve system issues; own TDD and DevOps automation.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure proper integration of architecture components.
- Lead the team in building CRM solutions meeting business requirements.
- Ensure technical quality, governance, and best practices; oversee technical direction.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for system improvements and testing support.
- Mentor and coach CRM developers and team members.
- Manage daily team activities, coordinate with Project Manager on schedules and risks.
- Participate in leadership calls and performance reviews.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Define and monitor release processes, ensure configuration management compliance.
- Review work products for quality and compliance with design standards.
- Involve subject matter experts in reviews of system changes.
- Mentor team members from a technical perspective.
- Provide technical support and quality control throughout project stages.
- Offer technical expertise in delivery processes and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with other architecture roles to align technology with business goals.
- Work with configuration management to define processes for code and settings.
- Participate in work product reviews to support new projects and validate estimates.
