As you deliver a module of learning within your subject specialism, your colleagues will be coaching and supporting learners to transfer that learning back into the workplace. As such you’ll be an exceptional communicator – providing up to date reports, updating systems, and attending meetings to ensure key stakeholders can support and feedback to learners.
